Trollbeads Club is an members-only club that gives exclusive access to:
Online registration - online payment and collection of the welcome package at your trusted Trollbeads store.
In-store registration - You can go to your nearest Trollbeads store and join the Club! Registration payment will be made directly at the store and you will be able to instantly collect your welcome package, if the store has a welcome package in stock. If not, you may have it sent to your specified address, or pick it up at the store once the welcome package arrives.
In the case of online registration , payment can be made by credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
In the case of in-store registration, you can pay directly in the Jewellery in cash or with a credit card.
The Trollbeads Club Membership Package will be available at your nearest Trollbeads Jeweller within 1 week of confirming your online membership.
It depends on the type of reservation made:
• If it is a reservation for a Limited Edition of a new Collection launch: the bead will be available at your Preferred Jeweler from the Public Launch date (this date will be indicated on each item at the time of reservation).
• If it concerns the reservation of products from the Trollbeads Museum: the shipment will take place in 4 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
We advise you to contact your Jewellery indicated as a favorite before collection.
The Registration Package and all the reservations made on the site must be collected within 15 days of receiving the e-mail confirming shipment. We advise you to contact the store in case you need us to hold it for longer.
Membership renewal is not automatic, and therefore you can renew at any time by logging into your "Account" and going to the "Renewal" section or you can go to Trollbeads store and renew directly in the shop.
You can recover your password by clicking "Login" and then "Forgot your password?” Follow the procedure indicated to recover your credentials.
You certainly can! If you want to switch from an annual to a three-year membership, you may simply do so by upgrading your membership. This can be done at any time, regardless of the expiration date of your current membership.
This procedure is only available online from your account page and not in the store.
Rare Treasures are museum pieces or severely limited stock of designs that are made available exclusively to club members.
Only one of the same bead may be purchased for each club membership.
In effect, that means you may only purchase one club bead (this comes free with your membership), and one of each Rare Treasure or Country Bead that are available. If there are three Country Beads available and 10 Rare Treasures, you may purchase one of each, totalling 13 beads.
Subscribe to the newsletter by entering your personal profile, or if you are already registered, check that our communications do not end up in your SPAM or Junk mail box.
You can give the subscription in a few simple steps! Go to the "Gift membership" page , add the type of membership between "annual" and "three-year" to the cart. You will receive a confirmation email with a code to send to the person you want to give a special gift.
On the "Sign up" page, enter the code received and click on: Did you receive the registration as a gift? The code entry screen will appear.
The limited-edition Trollbeads Club Bead is released once a year, in the beginning of the year.
You may opt in to receive an e-mail when new exclusive offers are available to Trollbeads Club members. We will only send newsletter when there are new offers available. This is about once a month.
